So, I’m planning on buying a DSi XL when they hit American shores this year for one reason, Pokémon Soul Silver. The game is just going to be great in general, though one game is gonna get pretty dull. What are some other games for the DS you people recommend?

Chrono Trigger (One of the best RPGs EVER, now playable whilst sitting on the toilet)
Final Fantasy IV (Yes, the remake is worth it. Augments pwn)
Mario Kart DS (More fun than it has any excuse being. Awesome over Wi-Fi despite snakers)
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (Great game if you can deal with the slow goings in the beginning)
Scribblenauts (The controls are shit and some of the stages are nuts, but it's crazy fun)
Fire Emblem DS (Still need to pick this game up, but if you liked Advance Wars, this game is amazing)
Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow (Castlevania rocks. This is the best Castlevania game ever. Do the math.)
I remember you mentioning that you dislike Zelda, so I won't recommend Spirit Tracks or Phantom Hourglass. Oh well, they're pretty weak Zelda games anyways.
